What is Spirituality?

Spirituality has different meanings and it’s the part I love the most; for one person it can mean God for another it can be nature while for others, it's about non-religious experiences that help them get in touch with their spiritual selves through their own silent reflection. Whatever it is to you spirituality is singular not plural.

I, for one identify as spiritual non religious, my yoga practice and my need for purpose in all things along with the refusal to conform to (what I believe to be) a business institution like formalized religion is what led me down this path. I believe in a higher being just not in a dwelling that’s man made used for the purpose of business. I believe you have the responsibility to create what you believe in and how it best fits your world and if you can relate, I hope you will join me on this path in whatever way you chose.

All in all spirituality is you, it’s oneness and it’s what you describe it to be as spirit is what is in you not what someone in a robe or what commercialized institutions feed you every Sunday morning.
